Dominique Clare – Founder, Sports and Fitness Digest

Dominique Clare is a blogger, sports journalist, and fitness coach who founded Sports and Fitness Digest to bridge the gap between expert-level athletic training and mainstream sports coverage.

What started as a passion project has grown into a platform known for deep-dive NFL & NBA analysis, Sports breakdowns, and research-backed fitness strategies that help real people get stronger, move better, and think sharper about sports performance.

👤 Meet Dominique

A former South Dakota State University football player, Dominique brings both firsthand athletic experience and years of content creation to the table. His background in sports media includes writing for:

  • Fox Sports
  • HuffPost
  • Fansided
  • Hoops Habit
  • Vikings Territory
  • Minnesota Sports Fan
  • Midwest Communications Network
  • & Much More

Dominique’s insights have been featured on radio stations, podcasts, Google News, and many media outlets covering everything from NFL quarterback metrics, to NBA news, to how to structure an effective push/pull/legs workout.

🚀 Why He Created This Platform

After years of coaching clients and writing sports commentary, Dominique realized that most fitness blogs were too generic—and most sports media lacked fitness insight. So he launched Sports and Fitness Digest to combining two of his biggest passions:

  • Serious sports coverage, backed by stats
  • Actionable fitness advice, backed by science
  • Content built for athletes, fans, and everyday lifters alike

🔎 What You’ll Find Here

  • NFL and NBA breakdowns
  • Fitness tips and advice
  • Workout plans and nutrition guides
  • Candid takes on trending sports stories

If you’re someone who trains like an athlete and thinks like a coach (or wants to) you’re in the right place.
